you can add text pdf hyperlink easy in Illustrator. How can you do i just show you

you need to first open a adobe acrobat programs and open a pdf file which one you add a hyperlink

open a pdf then you need to advance tools use in select text area which area text you want to add a hyperlink, just select text and drop rectangle box and option click hide box line then put URL hyperlink that is ok.

Last you need a save file and close pdf file. Done.
